Our Staff

My name is Cassey and I am the owner of Casserts, Inc. My love for baking and decorating cakes began as a young adult. I am self taught and have been making cheesecakes for 15 years and cakes for about 11 years. While baking a few birthday cakes for family and friends, I decided to start a business. Casserts was born in 2007.


My First Assistant is my husband, Loren. He is more of the Design Engineer and Sherpa. He enjoys laying the cake designs out on the computer and helping with whatever needs to be done while I am decorating. He helps push me further with every dessert.

My Second Assistant is my sister, Amber. She is there for us when needed to help with the cupcakes and character modeling. She has a strong art background.

Demand for our fresh-baked desserts, along with our high standards, limits the number of desserts we are able to make each year.

In order to ensure availability for wedding cakes we strongly recommend you place your order two months or more in advance, depending on the season you will be getting married. (Dates between May and September usually book the quickest.)

For all other cakes we recommend a three week advance notice. All other desserts require a one week notice.

Tuesday – Friday 10:00am to 8:00pm
Saturdays – by appointment
